Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) would like to announce to investors and public that the Fourth Quarter Report for FY2024 of PPWSA, to be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia not later than February 14, 2025, will be postponed to April 9, 2025. The reason is due to PPWSA has to closing of accounts for the fourth quarter of 2024 and the twelve months of 2024 which delays in preparing the fourth quarter of 2024 financial information for the independent auditors to review.
