Pursuant to PPWSA Statute and PRAKAS No.011/18 គ.ម.ក/ប្រ.ក, dated 19 December 2018, on Corporate Governance for Publicly Listed Companies, PPWSA is looking for at least two candidates of either sex to be shortlisted for, and elected at its general meeting of shareholders as the Independent Director for a period of three (3) years.
