Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) has the honor to announce to the public that the mandate of the Non-Executive Director representing private shareholders, who is a member of the Board of Directors will end in February 2022. Pursuant to PPWSA Statute and PRAKAS No.011/18 គ.ម.ក/ប្រ.ក, dated 19 December 2018, on Corporate Governance for Publicly Listed Companies, PPWSA is looking for at least two candidates of either sex to be shortlisted for, and elected at its general meeting of shareholders as the Non-Executive Director representing private shareholders for a period of three (3) years.
