The 7th mandate board of directors of PPWSA has resolved to distribute 2021 dividends to its ordinary shareholders by choosing the record date of dividend distribution different from the record date of the 10th General Meeting of Shareholders of PPWSA. The record date of 2021 dividend distribution will be determined in 10 working days after the 10th General Meeting of Shareholders.
