Regarding Decision no. 003 ក្រប្រភ/សសរ PPWSA’s Board of Directors were transferred, appointed, promoted Senior Officer as following:
       1. Mr. Chou Phalla was appointed as Deputy Director General in charge of Planning and Project.
       2. Mr. Ou Kunavath was appointed as the Deputy Director General in charge of Water Supply and Sanitation Branch.
       3. Mr. Chea Setephoat was moved to Deputy Director General in charge of Research and Development.
       4. Mr. Huot Sok Heng Company Secretary, was promoted to the equal rank to Deputy Director General.
       5. Mr. Tuy Bunsereyrith was moved to Director of Water Supply Network Management Department.
       6. Mr. Kaing Sorphyna who was assigned to a new task.
       7. Mr. Khem Vichhainin was appointed as Director of Planning and Project Department.
       8. Mr. Reang Chanphirum was appointed as Director of Water Supply and Sanitation Branch.
       9. Mr. Samaun Sereysomanuh was appointed as Director of Research and Development Department.
