On 11-15 of August 2024, With honored permission and opportunity from H.E LONG Naro, Mr. SAMAUN Sereysomanuh, Director of Department in charge of Research and Development for Sustainable Water Management was invited by International Water Association to attend the prestigious event of 2024 Climate Smart Utilities Initiative - Recognition Program under World Water Congress in Toronto, Canada.

     Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA), under inspiring leadership of H.E LONG Naro, has achieved a significant milestone at the recent IWA World Water Congress held in Canada that with application of Mr. SAMAUN, PPWSA was proudly selected as one of the most inspiring & recognition among other 16 selected water and sanitation utilities worldwide, by highlighting our commitment to implement PPWSA's Climate-Smart strategies covering 3 pillars of Adaptation, Mitigation & Leadership for water sustainability and innovative water management practices.

     PPWSA has the honor to be awarded with a Certificate of Recognition, affirming our efforts in implementing that not enhance our water utility services but also contribute to environmental and climate resilience.
