Regarding Decision no. 003 ក្រប្រភ/សសរ PPWSA’s Board of Directors, 8th Mandate, were decided appoint Mr. Ros Chen as Director of Commercial Department, replacing Ms. Chhim Kakada, who will take on a new role.
