Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) would like to announce to investors and public that the Annual Report 2024 of PPWSA, to be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia not later than March 31, 2025, will be postponed to June 02, 2025. The reason is due to PPWSA has to close of account for FY 2024, which delays in preparing the financial statement of FY2024 for the independent auditors to audit.
