Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) would like to announce to investors and public that according to letter No.637/25 of the SERC, dated, March 03, 2025 was authorized by Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) to postpone of releasing the fourth quarterly report for FY2024 of PPWSA as of April 09, 2025. Currently, PPWSA needs more time to review on some closing entry accounts. Hence, the Fourth Quarterly Report for FY2024 will be postponed in the second time till April 25, 2025.
