Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) would like to announce to investors and public that the First Quarterly Report 2025 of PPWSA, to be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) not later than May 15, 2025, will be postponed to July 15, 2025. The reason is due to the postponement of the PPWSA Annual Report 2024 until June 02, 2025, which is why the First Quarterly Report of 2025 could not be prepared and submitted to SERC on time, in accordance with Prakas No. 007/18 គ.ម.ក/ប្រ.ក.
