Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) is honored to inform investors and the public that the Annual Report for FY2025 of PPWSA, which must be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) no later than March 31, 2026, will be delayed until April 30, 2026. The reason is that PPWSA has not yet received Report on the Audit of the Financial Statements from the independent auditor, as it is awaiting a waiver letter from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) regarding certain financial ratios that did not comply with the loan covenant. Consequently, PPWSA is unable to prepare and submit the report to the SERC on time, in accordance with Prakas No. 007/18 គ.ម.ក/ប្រ.ក. as press release as in the attached file.
