H.E Long Naro was appointed as the Director General of Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority and a member of the Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority board of directors for the 7th mandate to replace H.E Sim Sitha, who retired and was appointed as Secretary of State of Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation.
