Ministry of Economy and Finance and Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority entered into Subsidiary Credit Agreement for debt financing, amounting to the total credit of USD 101,400,000 funded by Agence Française de Développement (AFD). The borrowing is denominated in US Dollar.
